Vibhasith Athapaththu

This humble endeavour is to save my son's life. He is almost 3 years old and is suffering from Relapsed Myeloblastic Leukemia (M2). Dr. Damayanthi Peiris who is  the well known specialist for these types of illnesses, has advised us, that the only way to save his life is through a series of treatments overseas in the means of Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT).The closest is India and we have contacted Dr. Alok Srivastava attached to the CMC Hospital, Vellore, Chennai.  As per their initial analysis, it will cost us approximately 5 million Sri Lankan Rupees.  

I have two more elder daughters who are 12 and 6 years respectively. With my sole income from my employment, I am finding it extremely difficult to raise that amount within a short period of time. That is why I thought of appealing to all who can help me in the name of humanity. He is my only son, and without him our life will be miserable.

I earnestly hope that you will take it in the right spirit, and extend your arms of hospitality in financially helping us in this grave crisis to save the life of my little son.
